Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Saenatree. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original sealed packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We do not charge any restocking fees, and return shipping is free for approved returns.

2. Exclusions

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, Directive 2011/83/EU, and similar UK provisions:

❗ Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned if they have been unsealed after delivery.

This means that food supplements that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned.

3. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)

If your order was delivered within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

This right applies only if the item is:

  • Unopened and sealed

  • In its original packaging

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at info@saenatree.com before the 14-day period expires.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@saenatree.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@saenatree.com so we can evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or full refund.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
