2. Fulfillment Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We ship using the following services, depending on stock location and delivery speed:

4. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping fee: calculated at checkout based on your destination

Free shipping: available for orders of €50 or more
5. Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost in transit, you will be eligible for a full refund.

If your order is delayed, we cannot offer compensation, but we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue as best as we can.
7. Delivery Issues & Returns
If your product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@saenatree.com.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
In such cases, return shipping is free, and no restocking fees apply.
