OVERVIEW

Welcome to SAENATREE. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SAENATREE Sàrl, a company registered in France (SIREN: 951 901 933). SAENATREE operates this website and provides all related services (the “Services”) through Shopify, our e-commerce platform partner.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using our Services, you confirm that you are either:

  • at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, or

  • the parent or legal guardian of a child aged 3 or older who will be using the product under your supervision.

Our products are suitable for children aged 3 years and above, but they must be purchased and administered by an adult. You are responsible for the accuracy of all personal data provided and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

2. PRODUCTS & INFORMATION

We provide accurate information regarding our products, including ingredients, usage, and certifications. Please note that product appearance may vary. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Disclaimer: Our products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion. Confirmation is issued only upon payment processing and confirmation email.

Please verify your order before submitting. Orders are for personal use only not for resale or export.

4. PRICES AND BILLING

All prices are inclusive of VAT (France and Germany). Additional shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are your responsibility.

We accept Stripe, PayPal, and credit card payments. All transactions are securely processed.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to France and Germany using Colissimo, DHL, and Amazon FBA. Fulfillment typically takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Lost shipments are fully reimbursed. Delivery delays do not entitle customers to compensation.

Shipping is free for orders over €50. Orders below this threshold incur shipping fees calculated at checkout. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Returns must be pre-approved via email at info@saenatree.com.

Due to hygiene and safety laws (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article L221-28 of French Consumer Code), opened supplement products cannot be returned.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. More details in our Return & Refund Policy

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/UK)

EU and UK customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt if the product is unopened and sealed. To exercise this right, email info@saenatree.com before the 14-day period expires.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTO-RENEWALS

Some products are available via subscription. Subscriptions require a 3-month minimum commitment. Early cancellations are not refunded. To cancel a subscription, provide at least 1 month’s notice before the next billing cycle.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, graphics, and code on this site belong to SAENATREE or our licensors. You may not use or reproduce them without our prior written consent.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

We may offer access to third-party tools or websites. These are provided “as is” without warranties. Use them at your own risk. SAENATREE is not liable for third-party content.

11. SHOPIFY

SAENATREE uses Shopify to host and operate our online store. Shopify is not a party to your transactions and assumes no liability for purchases or product issues.

12. FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

By submitting any feedback or reviews, you grant SAENATREE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, or publish that content.

You confirm you have rights to the content and it does not infringe third-party rights.

13. ERRORS & OMISSIONS

We may correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any affected orders.

14. PROHIBITED USES

You may not misuse the Services, including:

  • Violating laws or third-party rights

  • Transmitting malware or spam

  • Harvesting user data

  • Disrupting website functionality

Violation may lead to termination or legal action.

15. TERMINATION

We may terminate your access to our Services at any time without notice. Provisions relating to limitations of liability, intellectual property, and indemnity will survive termination.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our Services and products are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAENATREE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our Services or products.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAENATREE, its directors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & WAIVER

These Terms, along with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and SAENATREE. Failure to enforce any right does not waive our ability to enforce it later.
