These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products from Saenatree via our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Availability

All products offered on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price displayed at the time of your order will apply.

4. Order Process and Confirmation

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This email confirms we have received your order, but it does not constitute acceptance of your order. The sale is confirmed only when the order is processed and shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

All payments are processed securely. Your payment method will be charged upon order confirmation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Please review it carefully for delivery times, costs, and conditions.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at info@saenatree.com within the 14-day period, clearly stating your decision to withdraw from the contract. 

Important:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Therefore, opened or unsealed food supplement products cannot be returned or refunded.

If your return is eligible, you must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You will bear the cost of return shipping.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), we will refund all eligible payments made, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days using your original method of payment.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unopened and in original condition.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a delivery error or defect.

9. Age Restriction

Our products are intended for use by adults and children aged 3 years and older, unless otherwise indicated on the product label.

Always supervise children when using dietary supplements and follow the dosage instructions provided.

10. Liability

We do our best to describe our products accurately. However, Saenatree Sàrl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Always consult a medical professional before using food supplements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
